1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are a minor, use SMINO only with parent or guardian involvement where required by law or appropriate to your circumstances. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting access to your device and account, and using only account features available to you. An anonymous account can be used before linking Google or Apple.
2. What SMINO provides
SMINO offers food, nutrition, water, weight, activity, steps, fasting and progress-tracking tools. Feature availability may change and can depend on device, connectivity, account state or subscription. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every food entry, estimate or catalog item will be complete.
3. Wellness information
SMINO is for general wellness and informational purposes, not medical advice or a medical device. Calorie, macro, exercise and AI food values are estimates. You are responsible for checking entries and deciding whether a feature is appropriate for you. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You remain responsible for food, recipe, photo and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, harmful or infringing content, attempt to access another user’s records, disrupt the service, or misuse search, camera or synchronization features.
5. User-created foods and recipes
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of user-created food or recipe details. Public sharing and moderation availability depend on the feature. Do not treat an unreviewed or estimated food entry as verified nutritional advice.
6. AI-assisted features
AI-assisted camera analysis produces estimates and can misidentify foods, portions or nutrients. It may be unavailable or limited. You should review the result before relying on it and should not use it for a medical decision.
7. Intellectual property
SMINO and its software, design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited right to use the app for personal purposes; they do not transfer ownership. You grant only the permissions necessary to host, process and display content you submit to provide the requested features.
8. Free and paid features
Some features are free and others require SMINO Pro. Any price, product, duration or trial is presented by the applicable store before purchase. Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the store and Subscription Policy.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue a feature for operational, safety or legal reasons. We will not use this provision to remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Account suspension and termination
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful use, or comply with law. You may stop using the app. Account deletion is not currently automatic upon uninstalling or submitting a request; see Delete Account.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee that estimates are error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
12. Applicable rights and updates
Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. We may update these terms and will publish the current version and effective date.
