Contact SMINO support about access, correction, deletion or another applicable privacy choice.
Access and copy
You may ask whether SMINO processes information about you and request access or a copy where applicable law provides that right. SMINO does not currently offer a verified self-service data export feature.
Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate profile or account information. Where you can edit information in the app, use that feature; contact support if you need help or the information cannot be corrected there.
Deletion
You may request deletion where applicable law provides that right. See the Account and Data Deletion page for the current request pathways and important limits. A request is not an immediate deletion.
Object, restrict or withdraw consent
Depending on the applicable law and processing basis, you may have a right to object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing supported by another lawful basis.
Automated processing
Where applicable, you may have rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. SMINO’s AI food analysis provides an estimate for a user to review; it is not described as an automated decision about legal rights or eligibility.
How to contact us
Email benameurhemidi10@gmail.com with the subject “SMINO Privacy Request”. Tell us which right or concern you are raising and identify the account using the minimum information needed. Never send a password, access token or unnecessary health records. We may need to verify your identity and will explain if a request cannot be fulfilled or is limited by law.
